From August 27 to 28, the launch meeting for the process organizational transformation of Diyang Chemical was successfully held. The company's chairman, general manager, core management team, and key personnel from various business lines gathered together for a two-day in-depth co-creation centered on "customer-centric," officially kicking off the company's organizational transformation.
Kickoff Ceremony Venue — Transformation Begins from This Moment
With over twenty years of deep industry experience, the company has continued to grow its business and understands that customers need not only products but also stable, efficient, and trustworthy comprehensive solutions. When there are breakpoints in the process and barriers to collaboration, the one who ultimately waits is often the customer. Making organizations more agile, responding more efficiently, and truly bringing the front line closer to customers are the challenges that Diyang must answer for the future. Change is not a passive response, but an active choice.
Cross-functional group co-creation seminar · Pooling wisdom and effort, every sticky note marks the beginning of change
Over two days, colleagues from marketing, technology, R&D, production, sales, service, and other departments broke down departmental boundaries, forming cross-functional teams according to processes. Under the guidance of external management experts, they retraced the business process from the customer's perspective: where there were breakpoints, where they were waiting, and where they could be even better. Post-up notes cover the whiteboard, and the discussions continue from day to night, clearly identifying gaps, identifying root causes, and aligning goals. Behind the heated discussion lies a simple consensus—leave simplicity to the customer and leave the problem to yourself.
Resonating in sync—consensus for change gathered at the venue
The kickoff meeting simultaneously formed a cross-departmental transformation task force, which will continue to advance with the assistance of external management experts to turn consensus into visible changes for clients. There are no bystanders in the transformation—every Diyang person is a participant, contributor, and beneficiary.
